the breakfast room was an absolute joke, far too small for such a big hotel. woudl ve been nice to know the elevator was broken, so I had to lug my heavy bags up four stairs—very white-glove treatment! a welcome gift would’ve definitely made up for it, but alas, that’s just too much to ask here, I guess.

Lack of air conditioning in rooms!!! Noise issues from nearby bars!!! Condition of the bathroom facilities needs attention!!! Insufficient sound isolation between rooms is a major concern!!!

Unexpected friendly service
The staff were incredibly accommodating and genuinely friendly. The breakfast spread was a delightful surprise, with options for every dietary need and delicious flavors that energized our mornings.
The parking situation was quite tricky. the garage was cramped and finding the right access points proved confusing at first. It took several attempts before we finally parked successfully.

Our family really enjoyed the cozy setup of the hotel, and having a friendly staff member named Lida made our experience extra special. We explored nearby parks, and the hotel's location made it easy to head out for family adventures. The breakfast offerings were tasty and plentiful.
My wife says that bigger rooms with better storage would be great for families with children.
